2003. 1.1 – Present: Member of the SBIR Advisory Board for Small Business Corporation of Korea

2001.1.31. Retired from The Dow Chemical Company after 34.8 years

1999.8 –2001.1: Joined Engineering Science /Market Development Capability of Corporate R& D as Technical Leader of Polymer Processing Discipline that consists of technical capabilities in Single Screw Extrusion, Gear Pump, Die Flow and Design, Twin Screw Extrusion, Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Lamellar Injection molding and polymer property characterization. Member of ES/MD Leadership Team and ES/MD Futures Team

1995.5 – 1999.8: Established and directed Thermoplastic Processing and Fabrication Technology Team as Director of Polymer Processing for Dow Plastics. Member of Global PS R&D Staff, Member of Dow Modeling TAB, Technical Review Team for Fabricated Products New Products Development. Scientist in Dow Cargill JDA.

1988.9 – 1995.4: Established and led Polymer Processing Technology Team as Global Leader of Polymer Processing in Dow Plastics.  Screw Designs for TPU, ABS, Pulse PC/ABS for Saturn Car Door, Styrofoam Extruders, PC Flake. General Chairman of Dow Exco-Tech 91 & 94

1976.4 – 1998.9: Emulsion and Suspension Polymer finishing processing, Coagulation, Dewatering, Devolatilization; Saran Rheology and Extrusion; Saran Pellet Process and Screw Design; G-Force Pelletization; Saran Recycle and Coextrusion.

1966.6 – 1976.4: Polystyrene Rheology and Extrusion, Rheology in HIPS reactor and Phase Inversion and Rubber Particle Sizing: External Particle Sizing; Extrusion Fundamentals, Structural Foam Extrusion; Antistatic and Plasticizer developments, Modeling and Simulation.
